To the Clients of West County Psychological Associates,
At West County Psychological Associates (WCPA), our primary concern during this time has been the safety and well-being of our clients, our clinicians and employees, and their families.
Last week, St. Louis County issued new public health orders requiring all individuals to wear a face mask or cover at all times when in indoor facilities and outside when social distancing is not possible. The requirement applies to everyone over the age of nine (9).
When WCPA re-opened in June our initial policy stated that masks/face coverings could be, but were not required to be, worn when clients were in therapy sessions. In order to comply with the new St. Louis County mandate, all clients and therapists choosing to utilize the option of in-person therapy sessions will be required to wear a face mask or covering for the duration of each therapy session.
Please keep in mind as the public health situation and safety guidelines fluctuate this year, telehealth services will always be an option that you may choose.
Thank you for your continued support; we look forward to continuing to serve you and your family.
