Lori is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in elder care. She received her Masters in Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans and her Bachelors Degree from Newcomb College of Tulane University. She has previous experience working as a medical social worker at a local hospital and as the Manager of Senior Services and Care Management at a premier social service and mental health agency in Saint Louis for many years.
Lori is passionate about working with seniors and their caregivers. She is an expert in providing therapy to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and the complex issues related to transitions in life. She uses an eclectic, evidenced-based and individualized approach to treatment.
Lori meets with clients virtually, telephonically, in the office, and in their own homes.
Lori, a native Saint Louisan, is a Graduate of Class 51 of the CORO Women in Leadership Program and the NCJW Leadership Class where she also served as a Board Member and Vice President. Lori is also an active and devoted volunteer in the community. She leads the monthly “What’s on Your Mind.?” virtual discussion group at the Mirowitz Center at Covenant Place, and she volunteers with the Saint Louis Jewish Federation Women in Philanthropy.
